Structural Biologist Wanted for Membrane Protein Research

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled PhD candidate to join our team at the Technical University of Munich and the Helmholtz Center Munich. Our research group focuses on the structural biology of membrane proteins, and we are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on the structural biology of membrane proteins using various biophysical techniques, including NMR and cryo-EM.
- Develop and implement new methods for protein production and purification.
- Collaborate with our team to design and execute experiments, and analyze data.
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish papers in top-tier journals.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, biophysics, or structural biology.
- Strong background in protein biochemistry and biophysics.
- Experience with NMR and/or cryo-EM techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A dynamic and collaborative research environment.
- State-of-the-art facilities, including NMR equipment and wet-lab facilities.
