Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten die Abwicklung und Überwachung der Montage von Maschinen und Maschinengruppen (elektromechanische Gesamtausrüstung mit Schwerpunkt Generatoren) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung, Unterauftragnehmern und Kunden.
  • Sie führen die Führung und Anleitung von Montagepersonal und Montagefirmen.
  • Sie sind für die technische Projektunterstützung für die Komponenten des jeweiligen Lieferumfangs verantwortlich.
  • Sie dokumentieren kontinuierlich den Baufortschritt und Abweichungen.
  • Sie planen vorausschauend und in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Gewerken und der Bauleitung.
  • Sie überwachen die Einhaltung, Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsanforderungen.
  • Sie setzen die Termineinhaltung und -überwachung gemäß dem Baustellenterminplan um.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder einen Abschluss als Techniker (m/w/d).
  • Sie haben langjährige Erfahrung in der Montage, Montageüberwachung und idealerweise Inbetriebsetzung von Kraftwerksausrüstung (speziell Generatoren in Wasserkraftwerken).
  • Sie haben gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse.
  • Sie überzeugen mit einem aufgeschlossenen und sicheren Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten und sonstigen Projektbeteiligten gepaart mit Kooperationsfähigkeit, Loyalität, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
  • Sie sind bereit zu längerfristigen Auslandseinsätzen weltweit.
