We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Road Maintenance Worker (m/f/d) or Road Builder (m/f/d) for the Autobahnmeisterei Herford.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on highways and roads, including asphalt repairs, surface treatments, and pavement marking.
• Install, maintain, and inspect traffic signs and signals.
• Ensure safe working conditions and traffic control measures are in place.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Participate in winter maintenance operations on highways and adjacent facilities.

**Requirements:**

• Completed apprenticeship or training in road maintenance or construction.
• Experience in highway maintenance or construction.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to operate company vehicles.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Availability for shift work and on-call duties.
