- Coordinating with customers, internal teams, and transport carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Managing the dispatch of drivers and tracking the movement of goods.
- Utilizing CargoClix to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitoring customer priority lists and coordinating timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Tracking demurrage fees and implementing loading space planning to minimize delays.
- Organizing transport in direct delivery and notifying FTL/LTL transports in early purchase from specialist retailers.
- Processing clarification cases and canceling pallets as needed.
Requirements:
- Completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services.
- Relevant professional experience in the logistics environment.
- Initial knowledge of export customs clearance.
- Proficiency in Office software and experience with LFS, Dakosy, and CargoClix.
