Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of up to 40 staff members, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance
  • Work closely with Process and Maintenance Leads to set and achieve specific objectives
  • Ensure that both operational and strategic targets are fulfilled
  • Uphold safety and hygiene standards in the workplace
  • Organize, lead, and document daily coordination meetings
  • Promote waste reduction through the application of established standards
  • Continuously plan and enhance the development of your team

Your Profile:

  • Completed education in a relevant food-related or technical discipline
  • Experience in production management and leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office, with preferred knowledge of SAP R3 and InforMES
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated reliability, commitment, and adaptability
