We are looking for dedicated support for LEW Service & Consulting GmbH, a key player in the service sector located in Augsburg.

LEW Service & Consulting GmbH, part of the LEW Group, specializes in IT infrastructure management, SAP systems operation, customer service, debt recovery, and centralized services. Your future team is at the forefront of enhancing customer service across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be instrumental in reshaping customer service by introducing optimization and automation initiatives, implementing cutting-edge digital solutions, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. You will gather and evaluate intricate data regarding customer behavior and feedback to refine our services based on valuable insights. You will devise strategies aimed at boosting customer satisfaction through improved written communication and the establishment of new customer service pathways. Your primary focus will be on enhancing written customer interactions and raising communication standards through automation techniques. You will lead the development and execution of quality management protocols and guidelines, transforming complaints into opportunities for service enhancement.
