Advertising Account Specialist

Paintgun is dedicated to transforming the landscape of digital advertising through innovative production techniques and advanced technology, catering to the largest mobile app publishers globally.

Our focus is on assisting clients in the creation and deployment of advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google. By leveraging comprehensive data analysis, we drive our weekly design iterations, ensuring the delivery of high-performing advertisements. Our approach to rapid creative testing has effectively enhanced User Acquisition for numerous brands.

We are in search of a Freelance Account Manager to oversee our existing and future clientele, dedicating approximately 20 hours each week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee creative production timelines to guarantee timely project delivery.
  • Manage internal project boards and maintain ongoing communication with the team to ensure project alignment.
  • Handle client interactions, managing expectations and feedback consistently.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling during weekly client discussions.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, providing updates to the Finance Manager.
  • Expand and nurture our network of creators and freelancers.
  • Maintain regular contact with creators/freelancers, providing updates and new project briefs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for creative production assets.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency setting.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English (knowledge of German is advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate ideas effectively.
  • Highly organized and capable of working autonomously.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
