Position: Marketing Manager for Digital Marketing & Automation
HORIZONTjobs is seeking a Marketing Manager specializing in Digital Marketing & Automation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Digital Marketing division, tasked with the development and coordination of both internal and external solutions aimed at enhancing process automation and marketing initiatives.
Your primary focus will be on the expansion and optimization of online advertising strategies, including but not limited to Google Ads, SEM, and display advertising. Furthermore, you will oversee small to medium-sized projects related to process automation, utilizing tools such as Hubspot or Mautic.
To excel in this position, you should possess a passion for understanding and designing digital workflows and processes. You should view challenges as opportunities and approach problem-solving with creativity. A keen interest in areas such as artificial intelligence, marketing automation, and web technologies is advantageous. Previous experience in these fields will be considered a valuable asset.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Marketing, Business, Natural Sciences, or a related field, along with relevant professional experience. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
