Become a vital member of our organization and contribute significantly to the modernization of the travel expense management system while supporting various HR functions. Collaborate closely with the HR department to provide assistance to employees regarding their travel expense claims and other HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the rollout of a new travel expense management software
  • Act as the primary contact for all employee travel expense reimbursements
  • Evaluate and process travel expense submissions within the system
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Engage in various HR initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field or an equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in commercial positions, preferably in HR or travel expense management
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in verbal interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficient in IT with advanced skills in MS Office applications
