This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to take charge of the Central Europe division as we pursue ambitious growth objectives.

You will oversee a team of skilled recruitment professionals dedicated to articulating Capco's compelling narrative and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Your success will hinge on your ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively and align closely with business leaders to drive strategic outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Collaborating with Business Leaders to formulate and communicate the recruitment strategy
  • Leading the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill business needs while enhancing recruiting capabilities through effective leadership
  • Enhancing brand visibility and implementing diverse and innovative attraction strategies to secure talent in a competitive market
  • Generating precise and insightful performance reports to inform successful outcomes, team efficiency, and business decisions
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team leads to address challenges and promote a collaborative work environment
  • Driving initiatives that benefit the recruitment team, the broader recruitment function, and the organization as a whole
  • Managing senior-level recruitment efforts
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in an in-house recruitment role with extensive stakeholder engagement
  • Proven ability to deliver high-volume direct hiring
  • Essential experience in team management
  • Prior experience in an onsite or in-house recruitment capacity is crucial
  • Strong proficiency in oral, written, and email communication
  • A knack for problem-solving and independent thought
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience in financial services or consultancy recruitment is advantageous
