About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in Marburg. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aseptic production processes, including filling, lyophilization, and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain aseptic production equipment, including filling machines, lyophilizers, and packaging lines
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve process efficiency
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following safety protocols and reporting incidents
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in aseptic production or a related field
  • Strong understanding of aseptic production processes and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
