Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Formulating and negotiating proposals while exercising discretion in risk rejection
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and brokers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective calculations and portfolio oversight
  • Acting as a knowledgeable resource for clients and sales associates, addressing contract-related inquiries
  • Utilizing underwriting software and ensuring data accuracy in line with protocols
  • Engaging in both national and international initiatives
Desired qualifications and skills include:
  • Academic background in business or law, or specialized education in insurance with relevant certifications
  • Proven experience in managing mid-sized and large property insurance risks
  • Fundamental understanding of technical risk evaluation is advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, creativity, and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding communication capabilities
  • Proficient in German with a good command of English
