As a Service Technician (m/w/d) - Induction Technology, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our induction heating and melting furnaces at customer sites. Your key tasks will include:
- Performing installation, repair, and maintenance work on our equipment
- Identifying and resolving electrical, mechanical, and automation issues
- Providing customer training and support
- Leading complex projects and ensuring timely completion
- Assisting with commissioning and installation of new equipment
- Providing technical support to customers via phone
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of practical experience in a similar role
- Strong customer focus, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- High level of travel flexibility and intercultural communication skills
