About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
