We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Culinary Specialist (m|w|d) to enhance our operations at DGKK Service GmbH within a Seniorenzentrum in Brühl.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide support from Monday to Friday and alternate weekends during the hours of 06:30 - 14:00
Prepare, portion, and serve meals in accordance with the established menu
Maintain adherence to hygiene standards, assist with sanitation tasks, and oversee HACCP compliance
Assist in the procurement, storage, and inventory management of supplies
Support kitchen leadership and offer guidance to fellow staff members

Your Profile:

Proven experience in culinary roles, ideally within a large-scale kitchen setting
A collaborative team player with the ability to learn quickly
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and inventory management systems
Strong teamwork skills, a quick learner, and a service-oriented mindset
Willingness to work on weekends as needed
