**Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Sorter to join our team at our Bautzen facility. As a Mail Sorter, you will be responsible for sorting and processing mail and packages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities:

  • Sort mail and packages according to various criteria
  • Operate sorting machines and equipment
  • Retrieve and transport mail and packages to designated areas
  • Empty mail slots and transport mail and packages to the next stage of processing

**Working Hours:

Our Mail Sorters work in a 3-week rotation, with 2 weeks of early morning shifts (03:30-06:45) and 1 week of afternoon shifts (07:15-11:00 and 11:00-15:00).

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of €15.63
  • A 25% night shift premium, paid in full, from 20:00 to 06:00
  • A 13th month's salary, paid in monthly installments
  • A one-time bonus of €155 in July, after 2 years of service
  • A secure job with guaranteed salary increases according to the collective bargaining agreement
