About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our Accounting, Reporting & Consolidation team. As a key member of our global finance organization, you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of Awin Group subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and reporting for various Awin Group subsidiaries
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
  • Monthly IFRS reporting to shareholders
  • Monthly consolidation of group numbers
  • IFRS competence centre
  • Annual local GAAP reporting
  • Local VAT reporting
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Advanced knowledge in consolidation issues
  • Extensive practical and theoretical knowledge of accounting according to IFRS as well as local and international taxation issues
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft D365, Office Suite, especially Excel and Teams as well as LucaNet reporting and consolidation suite
  • Very good communication (written and verbal in English)
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Global mindset and team-oriented with the ability to develop international relationships
  • Conscientiousness and flexibility are not foreign to you, you work goal-oriented and you feel comfortable in an agile work environment
