The energie division is an integral part of the team Gruppe, comprising approximately 5000 employees across 440 locations. This division is dedicated to fulfilling essential needs such as nutrition, housing, and energy. Within the energie division, over 840 sales professionals manage the trading of lubricants, heating oil, diesel, AdBlue, pellets, electricity, and natural gas, alongside innovative sustainable products for electromobility and photovoltaics. Our extensive gas station network and tankpool24 stations provide businesses and private customers with efficient refueling options using the team Servicecard and tankpool24 Tank card. Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate billing of services and trading transactions, along with verification in the trading system.
  • Provide energy-related data for trading transactions and regulatory reporting (REMIT and EMIR).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, maintain data, and review account statements and fees.
  • Verify transaction settlements in the market and assess recorded transactions.
  • Communicate regarding billing discrepancies and assist with regulatory inquiries.
  • Support the optimization and automation of back-office processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Your Profile:
  • Preferably possess experience in the energy sector and familiarity with exchanges, particularly with clearing banks, portfolio reports, and spot settlements.
  • Completed commercial training is essential.
  • Exhibit an independent and proactive work ethic with a strong focus on numerical accuracy.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel, with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Ideally, possess good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
