About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Content Creator to join our team at aktiv personal-service GmbH in Mainz am Rhein. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video and audio content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage the video and audio studio on our campus, overseeing the production process from start to finish.
  • Video and Audio Recording: Record high-quality video and audio content using state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Video and Audio Editing: Edit and process video and audio content using industry-standard software.
  • Sound Design and Mixing: Create and mix sound effects, music, and dialogue to enhance the overall audio experience.
  • Audio Synchronization: Synchronize audio and video content to create seamless and engaging experiences.
  • Podcast Production: Produce high-quality podcasts using professional equipment and software.
  • Greenscreen Keying and Compositing: Use software like Adobe Suite to create complex visual effects and composites.
  • Color Correction and Matching: Ensure consistent color and brightness across all video content.
  • Motion Tracking and Rotoscoping: Use advanced techniques to track and manipulate objects in video content.
  • Storytelling and Content Creation: Develop engaging stories and content for web-based trainings using authoring tools like Storyline 360 and Vyond.
Requirements
  • Experience in Media and Videography: Proven experience in creating, editing, and synchronizing video and audio content.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Greenscreen Keying and Compositing Skills: Proficiency in using software like Adobe Suite for complex visual effects and composites.
  • Podcast Production Skills: Experience in producing high-quality podcasts using professional equipment and software.
  • Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
