About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager and Head of Accounting to join our Reconomy team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve financial performance
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the long-term sustainability of the business

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role in a large, international organization
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement through strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial systems and processes, including ERP and accounting software
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication and presentation skills
