Als Senior Credit Analyst Real Estate bei Helaba sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Bearbeitung von umfangreichen, komplexen gewerblichen Immobilienfinanzierungen internationaler Kunden. Sie erstellen Kredit-/Überwachungsvorlagen und Zweitvotierungen, inklusive Objekt-, Bonitäts-, Risiko- und Konzeptbeurteilungen, sowie komplexe Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträge im Bestand.

Sie sind in der Lage, sich im Dealtam stark zu positionieren und in- und externe Verhandlungen souverän zu führen. Sie verantworten die Vor- und Nachbereitung in- und externer Prüfungen Ihrer Kreditengagements.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL, Jura, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) mit adäquatem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation. Als erfahrener Kreditanalyst bringen Sie umfangreiche Immobilienkenntnisse, juristisches Wissen und Kenntnisse regulatorischer Vorgaben mit. Sie können Analyse- und Ratingmethoden sicher anwenden und gehen Probleme pragmatisch und zielorientiert an.

Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus und zeigen sich auch bei hoher Arbeitsbelastung teamfähig und behalten den Überblick.
