Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer (m/w/d) for Vibration Damping Systems to join our team at AMETEK Precitech/TMC.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation, maintenance, and repair of our vibration damping systems
- Regular and acute fault analysis of our systems
- Customer support and consulting via phone, email, and on-site visits, with a focus on Europe
- Training and education of customers
- Independent coordination and organization of various service tasks
- Creation of offers for services and spare parts
- Maintenance of customer databases
- Collaboration with sales and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Completed education or training in electrical engineering or a related field
- Electrical and mechanical understanding
- First work experience, preferably as a service technician in the field (m/w/d)
- Experience with servo systems, SPS, CNC, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficient PC skills and IT affinity
- Fluent English, German is a plus
- Pleasure in personal customer care and customer interaction
- Independent work and strong service mentality
- Friendly and competent appearance with a hands-on mentality
- Flexibility and high willingness to travel internationally (50-60%)
- Preferred: Residence in the southern German region and proximity to a major airport
