Position Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be instrumental in defining and executing the technological vision of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Web3 technologies and a strong commitment to leveraging technology for societal benefit.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's core mission.
- Oversee the development of decentralized applications and protocols aimed at enhancing global governance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to prioritize and drive technology projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
