Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Property and Fund Accounting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our property and fund investments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to our Asset and Fund Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial management of development and investment properties located in Europe
  • Support the Asset and Fund Managers in their financial decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with other Nuveen Real Estate offices globally to ensure consistent financial reporting and process standardization
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including year-end financial statements and quarterly investment reports
  • Manage tax compliance processes and ensure adherence to local accounting standards
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in property and fund accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as accounting systems (MRI experience desirable)
  • Fluent German and English skills are essential
  • Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with a customer-focused and self-organized approach
