Das Customer Fulfillment Team hat sich von einem kleinen Team zu einem erfahrenen globalen Team entwickelt, das täglich Millionen von Bestellungen bearbeitet. Dieses Team bildet das Rückgrat unseres Geschäfts und unterstützt unsere Expansion in neue Regionen und Dienstleistungen.

Die Mitglieder des CF-Teams sind dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Kunden ihre Bestellungen schnell und zuverlässig erhalten. Wir arbeiten in Fulfillment-Centern, die das Herzstück von Amazons Betriebsnetz bilden. Diese Zentren sind der Ausgangspunkt für die meisten Amazon-Pakete und ermöglichen eine dynamische Bestandsverwaltung sowie schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr.

In unseren Fulfillment-Centern sind Mitarbeiter mit unterschiedlichen Fähigkeiten tätig. Einige arbeiten direkt mit physischen Produkten, während andere Daten analysieren, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Wesentliche Aufgaben
  • Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des Wohlbefindens.
  • Analyse und Umsetzung von Änderungen zur Gewährleistung von Qualität und Produktivität.
  • Überwachung von Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Verbesserung der Servicequalität.
  • Analyse der Schichten gemäß Unternehmensvorgaben und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der operativen Exzellenz.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zur Vereinheitlichung von Schichtverfahren.
Ein typischer Arbeitstag

Operations ist das Herzstück von Amazon. In dieser Rolle stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Standort reibungslos funktioniert, um die Kundennachfrage zu erfüllen. Sie leiten ein Team, das für sichere, effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Abläufe sorgt, und übernehmen Projekte zur Steigerung der Produktivität.

Sie arbeiten im Schichtsystem und konzentrieren sich auf die Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards. Zudem überwachen Sie Prozessverbesserungen in Ihrem Bereich und treiben deren Umsetzung voran. Ihr Arbeitstag ist abwechslungsreich und umfasst sowohl die Teamleitung als auch betriebliche Aufgaben und Prozessverbesserungen.

Über das Team

Die Logistikabteilung bei Amazon ist für die Auslieferung unserer Pakete verantwortlich. Wir setzen kreative Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung um, um Millionen von Produkten an unsere Kunden zu liefern. Unser Ziel ist es, das Liefererlebnis so reibungslos wie möglich zu gestalten und innovative Lösungen für unsere neuesten Angebote zu entwickeln.

Wir suchen nach neuen Wegen, um logistische Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und unseren CO2-Fußabdruck zu reduzieren. Ein moderner Fuhrpark und fortschrittliche Technologie unterstützen uns dabei.

Grundlegende Qualifikationen
  • Studienabschluss.
  • Führungserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
  • Erfahrung in der Verwendung von Daten zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen.
  • Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung mit Lean-, Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden.
  • Erfahrung in einem anderen Logistikumfeld.
  • Erfahrung mit der MS Office Suite im beruflichen Umfeld.
