Key Responsibilities- Translate business needs into projects and features to be implemented across backend, frontend, and infrastructure systems.
- Lead a team of engineers, including check-ins, feedback, and performance reviews.

- Work with a product lead to plan, implement, and report objectives and key results for your team.
- Implement features for our 70+ microservices in Go.
- Contribute improvements to the infrastructure through IaC changes on Terraform.
- Investigate issues by analyzing logs and data.
- 6+ years of experience working on the backend of large-scale production systems built in Go, Java, PHP, Rust, C#, Python, or TypeScript.
- Expertise in Go development, or willingness to learn and ramp up proficiency in a short period.
- Experience as a team lead or mentor, guiding developers, giving feedback, and directing technical aspects of products.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, identifying issues through application logs and data in SQL-compatible data stores.
- Curious individual who seeks to understand the business in-depth and how technology can be used to solve problems and enhance business outcomes.
- Technical generalist with mastery in one aspect of development, able to jump into any technology or stack as needed.
