Position Overview
Are you eager to elevate your Marketing career? At Procter & Gamble, our Brand Management teams are the architects of our brand strategies. Together, we craft compelling, relevant, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.
From your first day, you will take charge of your business, implementing your innovative ideas. You will oversee the strategic plans for our product and commercial innovations, as well as manage marketing initiatives across various channels. Your role will involve developing impactful marketing strategies and identifying tactics based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., creative approaches to attract new users, experimental campaigns on emerging social media platforms).
Within the Brand Management function, you may join either the Commercial Operations team for a specific Brand or Category or the Brand Operations team, which handles multiple categories across particular marketing touchpoints.

Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree with commendable academic achievements.
- Proven strategic problem-solving abilities with initial experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably within a FMCG environment.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, a passion for leadership, and a strong enthusiasm for Brand Management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, fostering creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- Proficient in making informed decisions using available data while trusting your instincts.
- Proficient in both English and German (B2 level).
If you have less than 2 years of professional experience post-graduation (excluding internships), we also have a Graduate Entry role available for you.
