About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Diageo. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key influencers in the industry.

You will be responsible for engaging with bartenders to ensure they are serving our drinks in the right way and have in-depth knowledge of our brands. Your role will also involve driving awareness and brand passion for our products among consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work across key areas of customer activation, advocacy, consumer activation, and brand knowledge
  • Understand consumer types, attitudes, and trends
  • Identify emerging trends and communicate that knowledge to key contacts within the team
  • Develop profitable programs while partnering with our customers in the on-trade
  • Use customer insights to implement activation plans
  • Use metrics to identify key areas of focus, assess alternatives, and make accurate decisions
About You
  • 3+ years of proven experience in top accounts as a bar manager, owner, bartender, or manager
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, verbal and written
  • Outstanding project management, creativity, and innovative thinking linked to specific business opportunities
  • Good understanding of industry trends, social influences, and business drivers
  • Understanding of mixology, a passion for spirits, and ability to deliver strong execution and engage with customers/consumers and other relevant partners
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Open to regular travel
