Position Summary:
  • Enhance and develop local operational business with a strong emphasis on LTL logistics.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement processes and negotiate competitive rates on both national and international levels.
  • Establish a reliable network of subcontractors along with a dedicated charter fleet.
  • Foster growth and maintain a diverse client base, which includes conducting regular customer visits.
  • Conduct analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage general administrative responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completed training in logistics or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, particularly in FTL/LTL dispatching and charter transport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Possess a results-driven, independent, and organized work approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in German and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
