Position Overview: Deliver comprehensive HR support to the European divisions of CHINT PVSTAR Energy Solution GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and execute effective HR policies and practices that align with the strategic expansion of the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and maintain efficient local recruitment channels to attract skilled candidates that meet the business's needs.
  • Employee Development: Initiate and manage talent development initiatives, facilitating training programs to promote career advancement and sustainable business growth.
  • Performance Evaluation: Oversee the implementation of a comprehensive performance management system to ensure organizational objectives are met effectively.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Conduct market benchmarking to design competitive compensation and benefits packages that support the organization's growth.
  • Organizational Culture: Work in partnership with the headquarters HR team to foster and promote a culture of excellence where employees feel motivated and engaged to achieve superior business outcomes.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Cultivate positive employment relationships and address any labor-related issues, ensuring adherence to local HR regulations.
  • HR Management System Development: Assist the headquarters HR team in establishing a global HR management framework.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proven analytical skills, with a strong capacity for problem-solving and decision-making. A critical thinker adept at crafting innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Ability to coach and influence others to drive business success.
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to upholding compliance standards and organizational values.
  • Proficient understanding of business strategy to effectively align HR solutions with organizational goals.
  • Ability to make informed decisions that consider global perspectives and facilitate collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Minimum experience in two HR functional areas.
  • Familiarity with global mobility practices is advantageous.
