This role involves processing applications and conducting research on properties, assessing waste disposal fees, and reconciling data with registration and commercial registers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process applications and conduct basic property research
• Assess waste disposal fees and ensure accurate calculations
• Reconcile data with registration and commercial registers to ensure accuracy
• Provide information and advice to property owners and administrations on waste disposal fees
• Conduct plausibility checks to ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare for annual assessments and ensure all necessary data is up-to-date

Requirements:

• Completion of administrative training I program or equivalent certification
• Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
