Our company, Stadt Leverkusen, is seeking a skilled professional to join our Finance department as an Abfallentsorgungsgebühren Specialist. This role involves processing applications and conducting research on properties, assessing waste disposal fees, and reconciling data with registration and commercial registers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications and conduct basic property research
  • Assess waste disposal fees and ensure accurate calculations
  • Reconcile data with registration and commercial registers to ensure accuracy
  • Provide information and advice to property owners and administrations on waste disposal fees
  • Conduct plausibility checks to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Prepare for annual assessments and ensure all necessary data is up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Completion of administrative training I program or equivalent certification
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
