IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers, ensuring their smooth operation within our cloud environment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Collaborate closely with our support team to ensure seamless customer accessibility and personalized service.
- Perform routine maintenance on customer cloud infrastructures and services, optimizing IT operations for business success.
- Contribute to IT project teams, assisting in the implementation of new and existing cloud projects.
- Occasionally take ownership of product responsibilities for our cloud services, contributing to their future-proof development and strategic growth.
- Manage and administer internal and customer antivirus solutions, ensuring a secure and reliable environment for all users.
- Embrace new challenges and demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in various IT domains.
- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., as an IT Specialist) or equivalent qualification with several years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to solve problems and deliver project solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Exchange environments, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of virtualization environments in administration and troubleshooting.
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux and MacOS/iOS operating systems.
- Basic proficiency in the administration and management of M365, with a focus on Exchange Online and other online services.
