Non-Financial Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Auditor to join our team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft. As a key member of our Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audit services and supporting the development of our risk-based audit plan.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Audit Services: Execute audit work in line with Deutsche Bank Group Audit Methodology, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks involved in relevant areas.
- Lead Audit Activities: Lead audit activities when required, complete all assigned audit work, and document in accordance with divisional standards.
- Provide Updates and Support: Provide Principal Audit Manager (PAM) and audit lead updates on progress, escalate problems/delays, and support ad-hoc projects.
- Develop Professional Relationships: Proactively develop and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and respective support areas.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional credentials, including degree-level education and a relevant Risk or Accounting professional qualification.
- Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of auditing standards and concepts, direct experience as an auditor or controls function, minimum four years, and understanding of risk management and control frameworks in a global banking control environment.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent analytical and communication skills, oral and written English, strong presentation and interactive skills, ability to work independently with limited oversight, and ability to learn complex concepts quickly.
