We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Specialist to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and issuing goods in a timely and accurate manner
• Replenishing stock in the shop to meet customer demand
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Storing goods properly to prevent damage and loss
• Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
• Providing sales support to customers, answering questions and resolving issues

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
• Interest in fashion and retail, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and reporting
• Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines
