We are seeking a dedicated IT Consultant to engage with our clients and deliver tailored PSImetals solutions. This role involves collaborating with business experts, project stakeholders, and solution delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and support of our software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on production processes and system architecture.
- Conduct customer workshops, presentations, and training sessions focused on specific PSImetals modules.
- Establish and maintain a trustworthy relationship with clients, acting as a reliable partner in their journey.
- Continuously develop your technical expertise to enhance your advisory capabilities.
- Participate in the design, testing, documentation, and delivery of customized solutions.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and German, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work from our offices.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experienced in programming languages such as Java, Python, PL/SQL, JavaScript, or Angular/TypeScript.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work on-site with clients.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of empathy.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience with MES, ERP, L2 systems, and Oracle databases is advantageous.
- Familiarity with planning and scheduling systems, logistics, or supply chain management in the metals sector is a plus.
