Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the analysis of customer returns within the SAP framework.
- Perform preliminary evaluations of defective components for all products at the designated site.
- Engage with clients to address their concerns and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate analysis operations.
- Assist in evaluating risks associated with customer impact.
- Refine analysis methodologies in partnership with clients and the development team.
- Independently generate testing reports.
- Provide analytical support to on-site customer service personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical expertise in Electronics or a related field.
- Familiarity with the 8D problem-solving methodology and in-depth knowledge of electronics is essential.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Strong collaborative spirit and sense of responsibility.
- Analytical thinker with a focus on results.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Skilled in MS Office applications.
