Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our district of 46 stores and up to 100 employees. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing store concepts and optimizing key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement store concepts and optimize key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to store managers.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge of the retail industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on problem-solving and analytical skills.
