Cafeteria Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafeteria Manager to join our team at Compass Group Deutschland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of our cafeteria operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the cafeteria budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Lead and motivate our team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operational management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Strong business acumen and numerical proficiency, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Culinary or related degree, or equivalent experience.
