Verstärken Sie unser Team als Client Relations Specialist (w/m/d)Aufgaben:
  • Sicherstellung einer herausragenden Kundenbetreuung für unsere Schlüsselkunden durch umfassende Bearbeitung von Anfragen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Kundenanfragen)
  • Klassifizierung aller Kundenanfragen in unserem CRM-System und effizientes Management der Schnittstellen
  • Unterstützung der Key Account Manager im täglichen Geschäft, bei Kundenanalysen und der Aufbereitung von relevanten Kundendaten sowie Auswertungen
  • Bearbeitung von Klärungsfällen im Beschwerdemanagement
  • Beratung zu unseren Produkten von HARTMANN und BODE
  • Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit gemäß festgelegten Kennzahlen
  • Aktive Nutzung von Wissensmanagement- und Schnittstellentools, um eine möglichst hohe Erstkontaktlösung zu erzielen, 1st Level HARTMANN-Lösungsberatung (PUSH, HILMAS, Health+)
Kompetenzen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit 3-5 Jahren Erfahrung und/oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung (Großkundenbetreuung)
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen (MS-Office, CRM-Systeme & SAP)
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
