ITP (International Talent Partnership) has partnered with a leading manufacturer of high-quality commercial refrigeration equipment, known for innovation, reliability, and superior customer service. The company is dedicated to providing their clients with cutting-edge solutions that meet their refrigeration needs in various industries, including food service, retail, and hospitality.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in a well-established commercial refrigeration equipment division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the commercial refrigeration market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales tools.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to maximize profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and support.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales in commercial refrigeration or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in German and English is preferable.
