About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our Business Group, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing business development across our divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business development reports for the Business Group and associated divisions.
  • Collaborate with Group Controlling, division management, and controllers to ensure seamless reporting and planning processes.
  • Conduct profitability and special analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Improve controlling and reporting processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support internal controlling and business group-wide projects to drive strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or economics, or equivalent education.
  • At least 3 years of controlling experience, preferably in a headquarters environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and MS Office, with experience in Hyperion Financial Management an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering results.
