Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at REWE as a Sales Associate - Beverage Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Presentation: Present beverages in an attractive and visually appealing manner to showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Actively engage with customers to provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient stocking of shelves and pricing of items to maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Attraction Strategies: Implement effective strategies to attract and retain customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including receiving and processing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or relevant experience in retail sales.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, products, and processes.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
