• Develop and create new and exciting confectionery items
• Maintain meticulous adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in all production processes
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices, fostering their growth and development within the field
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and quality control of ingredients, ensuring optimal freshness and consistency
