Key Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: As a Senior ERP or S4/HANA Developer within HCM, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing advanced technical solutions
  • Enhancing and maintaining our existing products
  • Customizing and extending SAP standard functionalities
  • Developing comprehensive concepts and documentation
  • Deploying and tailoring SAP solutions to meet client needs
  • Occasional travel for project-related work (typically less than 5% travel, with potential for 100% travel for specific projects)
  • Managing daily tasks, addressing ticket systems, ensuring data security, and transitioning authorizations from SAP ERP to S4/HANA
Qualifications

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level is essential. There is no requirement for English proficiency for this position.

  • Proficiency in ABAP programming
What We Offer

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: We provide a competitive salary based on your experience and the speed at which you can engage with clients:

  • Junior Level: €45,000 - €60,000
  • Senior Level: €60,000 - €85,000 (potentially up to €100,000 with team leadership experience)

Additionally, we offer a performance-based variable income ranging from €5,000 to €8,000 after a 6-month probation period. Our benefits include 30 vacation days, a net subsidy for childcare, options for direct insurance, and an employee participation model.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS: We offer a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours and core hours from 10:00 to 16:00. Part-time arrangements are also considered. Our remote work policy allows employees near our office to work from home two days a week, while those located further away can work remotely but must attend meetings in person twice a year. All work must be conducted within the EU, and remote access from outside the EU is prohibited.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Our interview process consists of two stages:

  • An initial interview conducted via Teams
  • A second in-person interview, which includes a day spent in the office to experience our work environment
