Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Kundenbeziehungsmanager, der unsere Kunden erfolgreich betreut und unsere Geschäftsziele erreicht. Der Head of Customer Success wird Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen und die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit konzentrieren.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kundenbeziehungsstrategien
  • Die Betreuung von Kunden und die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Die Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und die Entwicklung von Lösungen
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um unsere Geschäftsziele zu erreichen
Deine Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Kundenbeziehungsmanager mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbeziehungsarbeit
  • Ein starkes Verständnis von Kundenbedürfnissen und -erwartungen
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein starkes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und -ziele
