Information Security Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, execute, and oversee a comprehensive information security and IT risk management strategy, aligned with the overarching security framework of the Oetker Group.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of information security policies, protocols, and best practices.
- Advise and support executive leadership and senior management on information security matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with various business units to facilitate risk assessments and management processes, engaging stakeholders to determine acceptable levels of residual risk.
- Supervise incident response strategies and the investigation of security incidents, providing assistance with any related disciplinary or legal issues as required.
- Oversee the daily operations and execution of information security, disaster recovery, and IT risk management initiatives.
- Remain informed about emerging technologies, security trends, and threats to continuously refine security strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in both English and German is essential for this position.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in contract negotiations and vendor management, including managed services.
- Familiarity with various information security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to the food and beverage sector.
- Experience securing Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Professional certifications in information security (such as CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
