Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store consistently meets sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective short- and long-term planning, cost control, and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction within the store, adhering to PUMA values and established service standards.
  • Take responsibility for accurate execution of sales, exchanges, refunds, and discount promotions at the checkout, ensuring adherence to discount policy and procedures.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, developing, and succession planning, as well as preparing and managing team performance evaluations.
  • Analyze customers, recognize trends, and competitive information influencing the business, and drive the business forward with the Store Manager.
  • Take responsibility for Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store; manage, achieve, and strive to exceed inventory and shrink targets; and control and manage physical inventory.
  • Support the Store Manager in communication, management, and execution of all marketing-driven initiatives and events within the budget and according to established guidelines.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a focused, customer-oriented retail environment (preferably in the apparel/shoe industry).
  • Passion for the PUMA brand.
  • Merchandising acumen and financial cost awareness.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality.
  • Ability to recruit, motivate, and train employees.
  • Strong communication, motivation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational talent and good time management.
  • Confident presentation of information to a large group.
  • Interest in innovation and change.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS-Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
