About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Chief of Staff/Referent. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational support to our Managing Director, maximizing their productivity and effectiveness through effective organizational, stakeholder, and project management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing strategic decision-making through research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Developing synthesis documents, including presentations and memos
  • Acting as a sounding board and advisor to the Managing Director
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing staff deployment and special projects
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in project management, organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills
  • Structured and efficient approach, with the ability to prioritize
  • Positive, solution-oriented work style, with high personal resilience
