Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at 2050 K-T G.M.B.H. Germany. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our European team and customers by managing and coordinating orders, preparing quotations, and monitoring deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate orders, including creating quotations, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating activities with customers and internal departments.
  • Prepare quotations for all products sold through the channel, ensuring standardization and capturing supporting documents for any deviations.
  • Coordinate the GM% deal sheet process and track SCD from Field with follow-up, reviewing open topics and providing feedback to the PM.
  • Support demo organization, including wafer shipments and organization support.
  • Initiate the order process in SAP upon receipt of the purchase order, verifying order supporting documents and posting in IDeal following booking rules.
  • Submit orders to OA and issue order acknowledgments to customers, ensuring extended warranties are created in the SO when applicable.
  • Plan shipping and/or receiving dates in agreement with customers and the Product divisions planning team, adjusting orders as needed.
  • Coordinate dispatch and delivery, overseeing compliance with regulations at each administrative stage.
  • Provide forecast support, assist in driving adoption of IDeliver process, and update weekly dashboards and quarterly results for QBR.
  • Communicate region order schedules to Account managers and Service teams.

Requirements

  • Commercial Apprenticeship or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in a sales administration role.
  • Ability to run multiple projects with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP/CRM and Excel, with ability to assemble and analyze customer data.
  • Collaboration skills with diverse teams, including managers, service engineers, sales, and other members.
  • Willingness to tackle new tasks and multitask/prioritize effectively.
