Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und engagierten Head of Lean Production, der unser Team verstärkt und unsere Produktionsprozesse auf das nächste Level hebt.

Als Head of Lean Production bist du verantwortlich für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean Manufacturing Techniken in unserem Darmstädter Werk. Du nutzt Lean-Prinzipien, um Produktionsprozesse zu analysieren, zu optimieren und zu standardisieren, mit dem Ziel, Flüsse zu sichern, Effizienz zu steigern und Verschwendung zu minimieren.

Deine Rolle:
  • Du leitest ein Team von Lean-Spezialisten und förderst deren Entwicklung durch Coaching, Training und kontinuierliches Feedback.
  • Du leitest Lean-Projekte, darunter Wertstromanalysen, Saving initiativen, Just-in-Time (JIT), Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, 5S, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse (KVP), Kaizen und SPC.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Abteilungen Qualität, EHS und anderen relevanten Bereichen zusammen, um Prozessstabilität und Qualitätsstandards zu gewährleisten.
  • Du setzt Six Sigma-Methoden und andere kontinuierliche Verbesserungsansätze ein, um die Produktionsleistung zu steigern und Kosteneffizienz zu erreichen.
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten technischen Abschluss.
  • Du hast relevante Erfahrung in der Fertigung und in Systemen der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence und Standard Work.
  • Du bist vertraut mit Lean-Prinzipien wie Wertstromanalyse, Just-in-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, 5S, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess, Kaizen und SPC. Eine Six Sigma Green Belt- oder höhere Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil.
